28 M here. I have grade 2-3 varicocele on the left side with occasional mild to moderate pain/dull ache, particularly triggered by physical exertion and almost always triggered by ejaculation. Semen parameters are currently normal.

I have tried conventional pain management techniques for the past year but the issue persists and it's a huge nuisance. Hence, I have decided to go for a proper treatment.

I have a strong preference for Embolization, mostly due to its low downtime and the fact that it's minimally invasive.

Is the liquid only approach safer and more efficient than coils?

And has anyone had this treatment done in India and would like to share his experience? I am considering Dr. Gaurav Gangwani (since I'm in Mumbai)
