Arachnoid cyst causing symptoms???

I have had debilitating symptoms of fatigue, dizziness, lightheadedness, weakness, drowsiness, blurry vision and depression for 8 months now. I also have presyncope episodes sometimes. Was episodic but has become constant and impacting my daily functioning. I feel like I am chronically in an extreme energy deficit even though my HB1A1C is normal and so is BP and HR. Also done a POTS test and it was negative.
Have done thyroid, iron, ferritin, B12, full blood panel. All my bloodwork has come back normal. I did an MRI on my brain and found out I have an arachnoid cyst. Also saw a psychiatrist and was on different antidepressants but they have no effect.
The doctors have said to monitor it and do a follow up MRI in 6 months but it is really miserable for me to keep feeling like this everyday. Could my cyst be the cause of my issues? How likely is it?
