Any tips on calling IRCC? I've probably tried 10 times in the past month. Since my account still shows that I need to submit documents on the website, even though I submitted them a day after receiving the ADR, I've been trying to get an update. However, no matter when I call, whether it's at 8 a.m., noon, or 4 p.m., the option to speak with an agent about my permanent residence application is always unavailable due to high call volumes. How can I actually get in touch with someone at IRCC to find out if there's been any progress on my application?

Hi everyone, hoping to get some insight from anyone who has dealt with a similar portal glitch or TCF requirement. On the day I received my biometrics request, I also got a request to upload my TCF Canada results. However, there was no upload button in the portal initially, so I submitted the document through the webform. A few days later, after completing biometrics and receiving a webform confirmation, the upload box finally appeared on the portal, but it was marked "Overdue." I went ahead and re-uploaded the PDF directly into that box anyway, but 10 days later the portal status still says "Action Required" and no update at all. Will this past "Overdue" flag affect my application even though I submitted via webform prior to the deadline?

On top of that, I was reading a thread recently where people were debating whether you need to print out the TCF results, physically sign the "Candidate Signature" line at the bottom, and re-scan it before uploading. I didn't sign mine since I just uploaded the official digital PDF certificate as provided. Has anyone run into issues submitting the original unsigned PDF, or should I raise another webform with a signed copy just in case? Any experiences or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Quick question for anyone who recently went through CEC:

In a hypothetical scenario where biometrics are done on the 14th of this month and there are no flags/additional doc requests, how long is it currently taking to get to P1/P2 and eventual eCOPR?

I know IRCC published times vary, but wanted to check real applicant experiences lately. Appreciate any insights!
