Hi, my name is Ludmila. I’m from Belarus and currently living in emigration with my child and our dog.

The last months have been very difficult. I’m alone in a new country, working whatever I can find, but it’s not enough to cover basic needs. I’ve had to cut back even on my own food to make sure my child is okay.

The constant stress has affected my health and mental state a lot. A few months ago I was still managing, but now I’m overwhelmed and exhausted most of the time.

I cannot return to my country for political reasons, so I’m trying to rebuild my life here from zero.
