shifted iud?

I’ve had a kyleena iud for a year now and since beginning of June i’ve been bleeding and i’m still bleeding now it will not stop and cramping is really bad some days and not bad others. I got my iud checked in May it was in place. My cervix has been low since beginning of June bc i can feel strings poke inside (normal when my cervix is low) but it’s weird it’s been this low for over a month. I have on and off periods but this is the longest i’ve had one and i’m not going to be able to get a appt with obgyn for like a month. I’ve never been able to feel my strings they were cut to short. Any advice?

Bupropion 150 with opill

I know it says that Bupropion and Opill don’t have any known interactions but does anyone actually know if Bupropion effects the effectiveness of Opill?
