I shipped an item over $300 with tracking and signature confirmation. The buyer missed the delivery window, so they had to pick it up from the post office. They left a negative review because they were inconvenienced by having to do that. Having been on the other side of that, it is kind of annoying to pick up packages but I would never leave negative feedback purely because of that, especially since it's so out of the seller's control.
Do you feel that negative review is justified at all?
