Hi all! I did my second consult yesterday and I did use the text boxes to ask about whether I should move up or not but I did select 2.5mg as the option. That was yesterday morning but most of the day, I had bad food noise and hunger that I haven’t had since I started. I emailed almost immediately to ask to change to the 5mg but my consultation has since been approved and the invoice issued… they still haven’t replied. Surely cos I asked during the consult what do they think, there should be the opp to up the dose? Or am I wishful thinking? 😬😬

Hi, does anyone have experience using their oura ring when on ADHD meds? A few years ago, I used a whoop but it was constantly flagging heart rate and stress when all it was was my extended release stimulants kicking in and tapering off. Been on the meds over a decade so I'm used to them but I don't want to invest in an oura ring if it's going to be the same issue... thanks!
