If someone meditates 12–14 hours a day consistently for about 2 years,
what kinds of mental changes are realistic to expect?
Does focus become dramatically stronger?
Does the inner dialogue become quieter?
How much does emotional control improve?
Does motivation and discipline naturally increase?
I'm also wondering about another question:
If someone practices Vajrayana seriously foraro und 3 years under proper guidance, can it significantly improve their ability to achieve ambitious goals (academics, entrepreneurship, research, etc.)? Or is its primary purpose spiritual transformation rather than worldly success?
