Hello, I am having an issue where my monitor 1 is randomly flashing back before returning to normal.

i have noticed it happens mainly when switching apps. for example going from browser to discord will cause a flicker every time. though it does sometimes happen randomly.

I have already:
checked all cabals to make sure all are fully plugged in and functioning

checked command prompt for any missing or corrupted files

       This did pop up with 1 issue but it resolved the issue 

reinstalled and updated graphics drivers and monitor drivers.

change screen saver set to none

power options set to high performance

    all timers are also set to never in this advanced settings

power savings is set to none as well

refresh rate is set to max 144hz
