[Roxana] I mourn Roxana
I think about Roxana a lot. I started reading it when it was still being put out, but then one day it stopped and I found out that the artist was being neglected and abused by her company. Choosing her health and her family over the company is a decision I support fully, and I will never ever believe that she should’ve carried on. Roxana is just a piece of fiction that I think about often even though it’s been many years.
Deep down I do hope that it does get completed, but in the meantime I can read the light novel. I hope Juniljus (the author) gets her justice and recovers from what happened to her.
Roxana stays in my mind because I loved the plot so much, even if many others think it’s generic or overplayed. I found the characters very interesting and the concept of the main character intriguing. I loved Cassis’ character so much. This manhwa really made me happy during a time in my life where I felt lonely, so maybe that’s why I miss it a lot.
Right now, tabas is saying that it’s on hiatus and will return for season 3 even though they stated they were going to remove it in August of 2025. I don’t know why they changed it, but I hope they don’t go on to abuse another artist if it’s passed on.
I’m sorry that this is all the over the place. I miss Roxana a lot.
