I loved reading MoC, and I didn’t mind the 18+ scenes along with the wholesome stuff. Anything else similar to this in a historical setting? No really angtsy shit. No toxic ml/fl or relationships in general. Pretty narrow range I guess
I don't play the matchmaker- thought it will be a typical oi where ogfl's harem turn into fl's harem and ogfl turning out to be evil but didn't expect that everyone to have a genuinely good friendship. And how great hestia(ogfl) and shuri(fl)'s friendship to be.
Trapped at Home with the Male leads- thought that fl would be helped by the strong mls, didn't expect fl to be stronger than the ml and be a main part in fights.
How to ride a hero's coat tails- Thought it would be just fl having an academy reverse harem didn't thought that it will actually focus on the fights and world-building and even more interesting stuff
A peaceful maid's life by hiding her power- Thought that it will be more focused on the romance aspect didn't thought it would be deeper than that and focuses on the fl's past instead.
What are yours? I think we should do more of these because we are missing gems because we're let down by other OIs so we assume that the good ones would turn out to be like that too and avoid it....
To think this nasty emperor could actually be flustered and lovey dovey, seems like the empress had him at her fingertips 😂
wanting a variety of isekai recommendations bc i feel like i enjoy certain ones but i usually read modern manhwas so idk any good ones
1 - fluffy, heartwarming or lighthearted reads that will make me js feel warm inside , not too much angst , but still have a driven plot if ykwim ( ex. first night with the duke , happily ever afterwards
2 - ones like i shall master this family and solitary lady , js regaining control or climbing the heirarchy
3 - revolves around childcare / child mc ( ex. baby tyrant , little lady behind the scenes , my mother's marriage contract )
4 - a bit more serious , but still has fluff and not considered to angsty , i really enjoyed from a knight to a lady and my dear nemesis
5 - fmc uses her previous knowledge and starts a life for herself , like starting a shop / trading / own job
i enjoy it when the ml is / becomes head over heels with mc and does whatever he can do help support or be around mc , but mc is oblivious / doesnt care abt romance that much ( ofc in the end she also falls in love )
Every single OI I've read has only a few conventional types of smartnesses, there's limited representation. Every fl is just a manipulative girl boss, who can outsmart everyone and has the most 'genius' business ideas. If other characters are rather intellectual in other ways like them being creative, wise, or mastering very niche skill sets, they aren't exactly credited enough for it. There's no linear definition of being smart, intelligent or otherwise, but it's like these OIs see it limited to only a few aspects and everything that doesn't fit into their definition is excluded.
I would like to see more fls or characters in general that exhibit various types of intellegence just like the real world. Like maybe fls who avoid the problem before it gets too big, ones who actually solve it realistically, ones who recruit others to solve it while being competent too to solve other problems. And fls with emotional intellegence and maturity of different types are rare too.
so i’ve read so many childcare rofans. but i need more it’s one of my favorite genres. so if you have anything sorta niche/new i would love it if you could tell me the name. i’ll name the ones i love the most. but i’ve really read so many.

-not tragic / a bit lighthearted
i really prefer if the mc is an actual child or has the mindset. and i think it’s interesting when they have trauma. or if they are a bit aggressive and unhinged.

What was some 10/10 manhwas you guys have read and would suggest that has these criteria’s?? I’m currently reading ditoeftv and I’m like at around chapter 139 but it’s starting to get kind of repetitive so I think I want to find something new.

It really doesn't matter what kind of genre it is I'd just like the story to be immersive and does not act like readers cannot comprehend.

•I love it when people mess with the laws of the universe(Like time loops)
•I like fmc's more than mmc's
•I like it when mc can't always power through their way

•I don't like dumb mc's(they can be oblivious)
