Has anyone else read this manhwa? β™₯β™ πŸ°β™¦[White rabbit in wonderland]

It's a pretty dark story btw. I really loved how messy the story was and how every character was twisted and psychopathic in a way. It was pretty engaging.

Now it's been quite a while since I read this so my review might not be 100% correct. The beginning of the story was pretty rushed and the world building isn't necessarily properly explained either.

It isn't reverse harem but who's the ML isn't clear until much later (though I am glad my favorite and best one of the three turned out to be the ML (◍‒ᴗ‒◍))

Be warned that there's SA, cannibalism and a lot and lot of bloodshed in this story.

Regardless it was pretty enjoyable and a unique read. Overall it's 7.5/10 for me. It's sort of my guilty pleasure read ✨. I recommend this and if you've read this too, do tell me your opinion on it.

Synopsis:-

Soyun comes to the place for outlaws called β€œWonderland”. She knew a lot about this place, but it only existed inside a book she read in her previous life on Earth. Crude and violent, smelling of blood and decay – she found a perfect place to dwell in… for a broken human experiment subject like her. To dwell here until the moment Alice Liddell, the true protagonist of the story, would come and the novel’s story would finally begin. Soyun becomes the White Rabbit, completely replacing the previous one by killing him heartlessly. Among crazies like the King of Hearts, Mad Hatter, Twins, Cheshire and others… she is white-haired ice-hearted White Rabbit with enormous physical power, deep inside hoping to return home, back to Earth.

Make the comment section look like oi characters' search history πŸ”βœ¨? [Source:- how to get my husband on my side]

Not exactly specific characters but archetypes.

It can be the cold duke of the north, the crown prince, the white lotus saintess, the cheater, the aide, the knight, the short tempered villainess, the childhood best friend or even the horses ✨

Here's an example:-

"I left my wife on our wedding night and told her not to expect any love from me but now I regret it and want to get closer, how can I mend our relationship?"- cold Duke of the North

Love my MLs a little dense and blushy 🫣 [I'm l.ooking for a new husband]

Forget about dense FLs and nonchalant MLs, need more dense MLs being as red as tomatoes πŸ…

Ughh I love them a bit too much for my heart to handle πŸ˜”

But I really never expected Arvid to be a blushy mess. At the beginning he really was the nonchalant sort, but love this part of him too.

The sheer emotions displayed in this chapter 🀌[forgotten field]

Like the way you can feel this disturbance in Varkas while he barely makes any clear expression. The silent sequence of events that fill. The fact that what really shakes me up isn't Thalia's tragedy but the way it is portrayed, the emotions of fear and hope she feels.

No words can do justice to the portrayal of it all.

Has anyone read this manhwa? [Reincarnated into a cursed game]

A manhwa I thought would be cliche and something I wouldn't like, really impressed me in an unexpected way.

I like how much depth and nuance the characters and story has. I especially loved the found family aspect of it.

MC's character development was one of my favorites. At first I really thought he'd be the typical cunning schemer sort, but his backstory and understanding was pleasantly enjoyable.

One thing that impressed me is how a lot of things made a full circle later in the story.

The villain didn't feel like they were evil for the sake of evil. I loved how her intentions were portrayed and her relationship with MC and also the og soul.

While the ending was a little rushed and bittersweet, I think it was beautiful in it's own way.

The art is gorgeous and the story and premise felt unique to me. I really want more people to read this and also wanna connect to those who read it and loved it.

Synopsis:-

An overworked game developer dies and is reincarnated as the weakest character in the game he created himself. Challenged by Jaeseokcheon, the ruler of the game universe, he must complete a series of quests to survive and prevent a second death. Epic battles between monsters, celestial beings with magic powers, and Jaeseokcheon ensue. In this tug-of-war between the omniscient game designer and the hidden mastermind ruler… Who will win?

New Manhwa (≧▽≦) [Erica, when a friend is obsessed with me]

New Manhwa [Erica, when a friend is obsessed with me]

Found this gem. Despite it's cliche ahh sounding title it's so unique (≧▽≦)

I love the artstyle. Took at least five to six screenshots every chapter. It's so gorgeous and detailed 🩡

I also really loved the ML, I found his character design to be a little unique. I half expected it'd be the cliche "interesting" sort from the description and the last panel of the first chapter, but he's so much better. I adore his eyess.

I also love the FL. I feel like ML and FL feel so youthful in this story. It's hard to explain but like in most stories the leads act so mature no matter their age, whether 18, 20, 28, 30 or even 5. And even if FL acts childish the ML is made to be the mature one. What I love about this manhwa is that both of them are pretty youthful. Neither ML nor FL feel extremely mature or extremely childish. It feels refreshing and lively reading their interactions.

Gotta comment on the adopted Daddy. He aged like fine wine πŸ‘οΈπŸ«¦πŸ‘οΈβœ¨πŸ₯€β€οΈ

The plot's pretty unique too. The story is about FL, an illegitimate child of a count's family, meets adopted Daddy on her birthday, the adopted Daddy helps her escape and adopts her (I liked how they didn't make the family extremely comical or the daddy extremely powerful and high in status). Forward to many years later, now FL a mercenary in daddy's guild, meets ML, they both had fun hunting wyverns, competing and drinking. She returns to her guild sets out to fetch her master with ML is tow(ML wants to be her partner) meets her master in the temple, the saintess who I thought would be your typical white lotus is a sweetheart aunt. And daddy's found to be cursed cause he got too curious about ruins and all. Saintess asked the emperor for an item to help daddy, but emperor wanted daddy instead (emperor didn't know daddy was sick) now FL decided to join the knight order instead of her daddy to save Daddy.

Please tell me I am not the only one reading this manhwa πŸ₯€ (music, band, angst, regression) [name: Sounds Like]

It's such a great manhwa. If you like idol manhwas you'd probably like this one too. But instead of idols it's about bands.

I love the artstyle, it's so scrumptious and all the characters are drop dead gorgeous. Haven't seen a single character who isn't as hot as the other. Hell even the most pathetic and terrible villains are beautiful asf.

I love the female characters, especially the two of them from the main cast (4th and 5th) slides. They're so cool. The one on the 5 the panel reminds me of Han sooyoung from ORV. Both of them are awesome, girlbosses. And aren't reduced to love interests like in most manhwas. Even their back stories and arcs really moved me.

The story explores the darkness behind the music industry and how the MC's brother might've been murdered. The MC trying to find out what happened to him, tried to confront the person he suspected only to get into an accident and dying, returning five years prior and 50 days after his brother's passing. I loved how the story explored the relationship between his brother and him which broke at every turn. I love the MC, he's like the Mom of the group. I really love how selfless he is and how the people around him love him for that.

The story explored the familial relationships of the characters, the sorrow they carry and how that's tied to music. The heart breaking truths that gets uncovered. The way they are resolved. It's done in such a wonderful way, I often found myself relating to them.

Another thing I love about this story is how you can feel the music. I am not sure I am explaining it right, but like it feels like I can hear the music through the images. Really made me feel my blood pumping at every turn. (Ps: most of the adults are trashy, well written true, but I hate them)

UGHHH I am so frustrated 😫 [name: act like you love me]

I love both Se-in and Doyun, both are such adorable perianal filled male leads. I can't choose between the two!! But since Doyun is the male lead, I wished they'd at least make Se-in the overly caring, compassionate, sweet misunderstood and little autistic best friend of both FL and ML. But NOOO~ he just had to be second ML.

Doesn't help either that you can clearly see a rift forming between them, especially now that FL finally started having feelings for Doyun but is starting to date Se-in. That's what's frustrating me moreee. I really thought that finally, finally ML and FL would get together but that didn't happen.

Hell I'd be more happy if Doyun and Se-in got together instead, or better yet we get a throuple with Se-in, Doyun and FL, but that's never gonna happen πŸ₯²

Another built like a fridge ML x Looks like a child Y/N ahh FL 😭

I usually don't make a fuss about this, because well it's talked about a lot by everyone else as well.

But I am especially disappointed in this one, cause the artist's other work [my comeback as the youngest member] has such great character designs, hell even the MC's brother is Male Lead material yet still looks so good without looking generic. And I swear even the few female characters do not look like this.

So why? Why did they draw them like this in this new manhwa called [Tsunami warning] 😭 they look so "CEO X Y/N" coded. The only credit I can give to the ML's design is his glasses πŸ₯²

The lore of their music video is so interesting [Debut or die]

I genuinely want to read a manhwa based on the lore of their music videos, they are filled with such unique details and complicated and intricate world building. I am not sure if irl idols and their music videos also have this type of world building since I am not that interested in them, but the one in this manhwa really gets my heart pumping because of how interesting it is.

Such a wonderful manhwa and it has finally come to an end πŸ’™ [I became the hero's Mom]

[I became the hero's Mom] has finally come to an end after approximately 6 years, since when it first started in 2020. (I feel like crying now that it has ended 😭)

It was genuinely one of the best manhwas I have ever read. Despite how good it is, I think it's not appreciated enough. In my opinion it deserves as much love as Villains are destined to die and how to get my husband on my side.

As a story I started expecting cute romance, fluff family moments and bunch of comedy, it offered so much more than that. Yes there is fluff and comedy but the more the story progressed the more intricate it became. The lore is very complicated and intriguing as well as beautifully mythic. The characters are all very lovable and well written.

Each character is very well fleshed out. The main couple is one of the healthiest couples in manhwa, I adore them. I also liked how the son, Abel wasn't one dimensional like in most childcare stories. His growth was especially pleasing. I adore their family, ML and FL are two of the best manhwa parents. I really loved the sibling relationships of FL and also how each sibling had their own story to tell. The ending of the main story was especially satisfying.

The main villain >! Aka their father aka the god of their world was a very interesting character. I liked how the story explained his mindset which is different from humans. He loves his children extremely much but because of his poor understanding of his human children he has made them go through centuries of misery. He is omniscient and omnipotent, yet despite that he was killed, because he chose to, he knew his children would kill him, but he still accepted it because he loved them. I liked how the story didn't just end with him dying forever and ever and the leads leaved happily ever after, sure the leads did live happily ever after, but Gaonia simply dying didn't make sense, because again he is omniscient and omnipotent, and the author didn't disappoint. Fyi his ending is basically him becoming a human (not that he is now human, he just has a human self that grows and normal without power, he is now cursed to watch his children reincarnate and live happily without ever remembering him for eternity). But I gotta admit the biggest crime he ever committed was naming his favorite child "Procreator, cause like his other children has such pretty names like "Ignis" and "Zenos", hell even he has such a wonderful name like "Gaonia", why'd he have to name the eldest son "Procreator", that sounds like a job" 😭!<

The pacing of the story varied from slow paced to fast paced which was done well, keeping me hooked all the way, and the art style just kept improving as the story progressed.

The story started with a stalker Stan and a delulu narcissist and progressed exploring the different kinds of love, each so strong they will readily sacrifice themselves. It was a beautiful story and it made me feel quite a range of emotions within a few chapters, from crying to laughing and just feeling so fulfilled πŸ’™

Ps: Hades is my favorite ML (I can't believe the author named him "Ha daesoo" in modern day world 🀣)

"Jeffrey is just a friend". Rereading realizing how much I love Jeffrey again. The grandpa that he is πŸ˜”βœ¨ [Charlotte and her five disciples]

I love his personality, it's so fun to read about. Especially his hate dynamic with Charlotte's disciples. And all of them collectively hating him because he hid their master. Also love how some of them just call him Grandpa (which he rightfully is).

Anyway condolences to him for being friend-zoned for more than a century πŸ˜”βœ¨

On another note, did anyone else notice a similarity between this manhwa and [the peaceful life of a maid who hides her power and enjoys it] ? Like both have a blue haired grandpa who's always smiling, and doesn't particularly care about others. FL who was supposed to die a hero didn't die. Past acquaintances obsessed with them in one way or another?
