Does the story at any point later on mention J3's hair color being different in the past? I seem to only see fanart (from various artists) depicting elite squad leader J3 with black hair. But so far, the only descriptions given by Soleum were back in ch.277 regarding his black suit, wolf mask, and the way his hair was styled--nothing about the color of his hair.

It takes the traits of two things and combines them so I thought “oh either both things are destroyed or you can’t combine an item that was created using it.” But then he used the butter knife so like why use this thing to supply soldiers with at least like walkie talkies. It takes a lot of points sure but like the button guy seems to have more then one so there’s some way to get more then one and there doesn’t seem to be that many exploration teams that matter to the company at least. Idk maybe I mis interpreted it but like he still has the coin and we don’t see him get two so both things stay intact the captain didn’t seem to care about giving up a item that seems so powerful so if the only downside is points then like who cares just find the right combination to make powerful tools at least for communication considering the high risk of death should the company’s goal be getting info from any teams that go on yet they don’t seem to have recording gear or anything and have too go off of testimony which seems illogical considering the goal is to gather dream essence that you can’t get until after clearing and the more info makes each clear easier therefore more essence but maybe I’m missing something. Maybe the communications not it but like a go pro hooked up to a monitor somewhere safe would be pretty useful and instead of such a waist of valuable Human Resources it would probably only take 2 or 3 attempts to figure out the right trick for each clear. A sort of out there theory but I wonder if KSE has some influence over the DER world as an Ireum-nim? We'll probably learn more when he encounters the ghost story he wrote, but I wonder if the things he wants are more likely to come true?
He's the protagonist so it's hard to say without going into narrative meta, but take this chapter where he wants the X-team bullies and researcher to receive karmic retribution and the X-team guys died. According to the Church of Luminous Unknown, Ireum-nim dictates the world based on what's most exciting and provocative. Going by this logic, perhaps the researcher really will die the next day because KSE would find that satisfying?
I don't really have much of a basis for it other than I think it would be interesting, and cause I'm desperate for more answers what Ireum-nim really is in the ghost story world.
what is his actual personality? like i don’t even know what it is since he put up a facade even when he was working at daydream and as a >!spy!< he switches personas so much i cannot remember what his actual personality is.
I just finished part 2 and I’m nervous about starting part 3. The reason is I’m gonna be pissed if the entirety of the part 2 finale just gets nullified with him going back to the world of DER.

Not sure if the last part of the chp was just him reminiscing or if it was insinuating some weird time loop shenanigans where future J3 threw past J3 into the movie screening room that led to his contamination?? And KSE just somehow stoped the cycle?? It’s 4am so im out of it but if that’s what the author was trying to show then that’s crazy. Either that or we have another Sekwang Metropolitan Exploration Team member who has ties to the city due to the ghost story originating from it
