I wouldn't say I'm obese but I'm around 10-20 pounds overweight. I don't want to become an ugly and lazy fat slob with lard pouring into their arms. It's not healthy, I already have loads of heath issues and I need to make a change.

Please give me a diet that can quickly and swiftly lose the weight, thanks.
