On lower resolutions like 800x600 or lower the screen scales things terribly, it looks all jagged and it adds a black border around the edges of the display shrinking down the view, Its bothersome esp if I'm playing games that run on a lower res, I cant find any settings in my bios, and on the graphics control panel to fix it, and if I checkmark the box my mouse is hovered over it will just scale down the picture to be pixel perfect on the display. (I'm running windows xp but made it look like windows 2000 thats why my UI looks like that lol)

I can't tell if the graphics chip is failing, or my lcd ribbon cables are messed up, but it has honestly been getting worse throughout the day, its a 2001 compaq persario, very old pc.
