I am getting this message, but I have not received any communiction from you regarding WHY I am getting this message:

Your account has been suspended due to an ongoing dispute regarding the use of our content or services, which may involve a potential violation of our Terms of Use.

My account is paid through March 2027. I have not been able to access my account since Freepik flipped over to Magnific. I have submitted several requests for help through the Magnific website's customer service platform and I feel like I'm getting ghosted as I have yet to receive a response. PLEASE CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY.
