Looking for honest feedback
Racing in SLC in September. Been strength training for a while so not overly concerned with a majority of stations but definitely understand it’s a running race. Used to be a runner and stopped for a few years. I started back up a couple weeks ago and right now I run a 10k in about an hour and 6 minutes. I’m obviously going to continue to build my aerobic capacity and that’s a main focus in my training. I completed a 1000k row today in a little under 4 minutes at the end of my workout at the gym. Am I in a good spot for a race in September or should I be worried?
