A few years ago, EU4 changed the way parliament debates work by making it easier and quicker to bribe the seats, grouping similar ones into one (cheaper) click.

For some reason that style of parliament seems to be not in use in Anbennar, instead still having the old extra fiddly variant.

Or is that an issue that is nation specific? The game that prompted this post is Istralore - maybe their parliament is hooked up wrong? Because I am reasonably sure I have used the more modern system in Anbennar before.
