Small Leak on Hose Spigot

Hello all. I just replaced a hose spigot on the side of my house. Unfortunately, the previous one had ruptured this past winter and water was leaking into my crawlspace under my house when I went to go turn the hose on for the first time this year.

The water line going to the spigot was 1/2" CPVC. I was able to get a new 8" freeze less spigot, 1/2" FIP to CPVC adapter, 1/2" CPVC coupling, and plenty of 1/2" CPVC piper to get the job done. Also, the purple primer and orange cement for joining pieces together. Got under the house and put it all in just fine (so I thought) but saw an issue the next day.

I had the water turned off to that line and waited 24hrs for the cement to cure before turning the water back on. When I got back under the house and turned the water back on, I now have a tiny drip coming from the connection. I'd say 1 drip every 10 seconds or so. Looks like I can't post a video on the main post, I'll see if I can post one in the comments. The drip seems to be coming from where the spigot and 1/2" FIP to CPVC adapter come together. I thought I had it as tight as I could get it using 2 adjustable wrenches, but apparently not. I used thread seal tape before tightening the 2 pieces together.

Is there a simple way to fix this drip? I don't really want to unscrew the spigot and put new tape on the threads and try screwing it back in again. It's in a pretty awkward spot under the house. Also, all the pipe is already cemented together.
