Is this normal?
I’ve been messaging a guy for about 3-4 weeks. Kind of getting to know each other, sending normal photos back and forth. We’re both sweet to each other, simple conversation nothing spicy or super deep. He’s mentioned in passing he wants to meet me soon. He’s ESL, mostly speaks Spanish and I hardly know Spanish. So, we message on messenger (I assume because he can use the transcriber/translator) that’s what I’ve told myself on why he hasn’t asked for my number.
After sending each other voice memos, his English sounds pretty good, but he really struggles to understand mine when I send back. He says he’s glad he had the transcriber. I’ve chopped it up to why he hasn’t pressured us going on a date.
My friend says something weird is up, but idk if she’s just being,,,,ya know. Anyways, the last guy I talked to I initiated meeting and seeing eachother and wore my heart on my sleeve so don’t really want to do that again.
Is he waiting on me? Is he married? Why are we just messaging on Facebook with no real plans to meet?
