4 IVF Cycles, 1 Failed Euploid Transfer, Repeated Aneuploidy — What Helped You?

36F, one ovary, AMH 1.89. Looking for insight from others who’ve had repeated aneuploid cycles or turnaround stories.

Started IVF at 33.

Cycle 1 (age 33):

  • 15 eggs retrieved
  • 2 blastocysts (untested)
  • Both FETs failed

Took a break due to insurance coverage issues.

Switched clinics at 35.

Cycle 2:

  • 9 eggs
  • 2 blasts
  • 1 euploid
  • Euploid transfer failed to implant

Cycle 3 (about 1 month after failed transfer):

  • 14 eggs
  • 5 blasts
  • 0 euploids (1 no result)

Cycle 4 (after another 1 month rest):

  • 12 eggs
  • 4 blasts
  • 0 euploids (1 low-level mosaic)

I only have one ovary, but my retrieval numbers seem decent — the issue seems more embryo quality/euploidy.

Has anyone had a similar pattern and eventually success? What changes helped?
