In 2016 I was a mom of two and no clue where I was heading in the world . In 2026 , I’m now a mom of 4 and successful dental hygienist. Those ten years seemed to fly by and truly they are going faster and faster. I am happy to say the confidence you feel in your 30s is so different from your 20s and I would imagine it will just get better into my 40s. 😋

Fixed my food issue and go to the gym 5/6 days a week. Goal weight around 175 ( I’m 5’11)
