Maybe pots???

Hello everyone I wanted to come on here and share my experience of the past 9 months and im unsure if I could have pots or not. I’ve gone to the doctor but just last month cause I was scared to go and not get diagnosed with anything and that’s what happened. They said everything was fine I just had low vitamin D but with the symptoms I have I don’t think it’s that or maybe it could be part of it. I’ve been doing research and all the symptoms I deal with are pots symptoms but I wanted to know others experiences when they first started developing pots and if that’s what I’m experiencing as well. I started having these symptoms last year in September literally right after I turned 23. I started dealing with dizziness when I didn’t eat, I would feel faint and really shaky, which still happens now. From the moment I wake up I have to eat within 10-20 mins or I start feeling sick and even after eating I still have to wait to feel better which takes like 20-30 mins. I get really nauseous as well which makes it harder to eat to make me feel better, that’s the annoying part. My vision gets slightly blurry too and I start seeing almost like everything yellow? I feel out of breath too but it might just be from having an anxiety attack every time. Showering sucks with hot water, cold water is the best but during the winter like I wasn’t gonna be showering with cold water lol but the hot makes me feel like ima pass out even just the heat in general. Standing up too fast or even just moving too quick makes my heart race, my head will pound and my hearing becomes muffled for a couple seconds before it goes back to normal. Literally when im laying down and I turn over my heart beats faster 😭 It’s such a horrible feeling that im starting to not wanna go out to places and if I do, I deal with horrible anxiety because I don’t want to end up feeling sick in public which almost always happens, same with working I haven’t been working due to this. I basically deal with this everyday almost all day til I’ve had a good enough meal. What has been helping is eating a lot of salt and electrolytes. I’ll salt my food more than it probably needs and I drink Gatorade’s basically everyday or higher salt electrolytes packets, don’t worry I drink a lot of water too. I love the body armor rapid iv drinks but these things only temporarily help. After the episodes I have I feel so weak and tired, I’ve never passed out but I always feel so close to it.I don’t expect to get diagnosed by anyone but im curious if anyone started feeling this way when developing pots. I also saw that people that got covid developed pots after and well I got covid maybe 4-5 times 🧍🏽‍♀️ Anyway thank you for your time and lmk your experience:)
