We set up a video call, you can present your idea and I'll ask you questions for reality check. If you're getting ready for some presentation, some pitching in from of investors or grant committees, it's better to practice in front of a stranger. I've been on many pitches, some were total failures, some were great. It sometimes depends on the crowd and whether your idea aligns with what they're looking for, but you can still prepare upfront. Some pitchings are dumb luck because the winning project is a nepokid, reality happens, but don't give up.
- I am critical, so don't be discouraged if I say something negative, that's the whole point
- I'm not judgemental if it's still in the process, but I might point that out anyway, because people will point out on anything unfinished
- I'm not a programmer or an IT person, so for a tech topic you have to sell it to me exactly as you would sell that to a customer, explain it, dumb it down - if I don't understand it, that's also something *you* need to fix.
