I am moving to be closer to family and have a family of my own. I'm having a hard time with the upcoming move, because of being so close to the beaches (Carolinas, Florida), the culture DC, NYC, and diversity. But I miss my family..... Has anyone from the east coast made the transition? How are you doing?

Been on Losartan for 2 yrs 50mg. BP has been spiking first thing in the morning 170/100. Doc just adjusted the dosage to 100mg but it doesn't seem like its lowering it. Its been 3 days. How long should I give it?

I am getting the run around from Transamerica when submitting a Surrender Policy Request for surrendering IUL. I submitted it via email. I am cashing in a policy of almost $4k and calling Customer Service to confirm they are sending the check. They keep bouncing me between 2 different departments 888-763-7474 (Phillipines) and 800-238-4302. Neither department will help me and both say "its not our department". I ask for the "escalation team" and what do they do? Transfer me to my local life insurance AGENT. As if he is the one that cuts the check. Anyone have any ideas? or corporate emails? Its feels very scammy and like they do everything they can to deter you from cashing out a policy.
