Do you all feel exhausted sometimes just listening to coworkers next to you constantly having casual conversation or just shooting the $hits? I am fairly new at my job and work in this open space and already feeling like an outsider being new, I just can’t seem to meet their energy of they can just strike a conversation out of ANYTHING. And some guys always feel the need to jump out of their chairs just out of nowhere and start some small talk with someone next to them.

I genuinely don’t care most of the things they talk about, but also just feel like I can’t blend in because I think I just suck at small talk….especially when English isn’t your first language. Any advices?
