Roblox Support unable to help

I opened a ticket and after they asked to open another support ticket with the email associated with my account, I did and told them so that this email is the one. They keep repeating this message:
We follow particular criteria regarding account ownership verification so that we are sure to provide information solely to the account owner.

To assist you further with this account, please contact us via our Support Form by entering the email address that begins with [...] and is an @[gmail.com] address.

Please note that while we are unable to confirm full email addresses or provide further hints, you may also use the password reset feature which will automatically send reset instructions to the correct account email address.

Moreover, if you don't have access to the email address, then we would suggest that you to contact the email service provider to regain access to that email address and then contact us from it.
