Anyone still need codes?

I'm in the UK and managed to get some Melatonin from the EU delivered. Taken for 3 nights and I feel awful, I can cope with the super vivid dreams but I feel worse.

Any suggestions on dosage? I picked up the middle dose from the option of 10mg, is this too much?

Apologies for a noob question... Had a system installed last year with panels and battery etc. all good, Fox battery and inverter and working well.

Looking to add the Fox EPS backup system (increase in power cuts and I WFH with disabilities), the original company who installed the system are quoting nearly £3k, when the device appears to be £500 ex VAT (have seen it cheaper). And understand it's not a plug and play system but didn't expect that much labour cost. Surely not more than a day, even 2 people in a day that seems high for £2k labour?

Tried for other quotes but the few locals I've tried haven't been interested or said too busy.

Question is - can I use an electrician to install or does it need any MCS or other certs?
