Starting to read soon
I will start reading today and future me will update past me. Let’s see if it’s worth the hype. I have read LOTM all chapters, ORV, other game like concepts etc. I like what I’m seeing in the summary.

Hi, I just have questions.
The hourly wage for full time is good $21.25 and $19.25 for Flex RT (30 hours). I really need a good wage due to pet expenses (I have 2 dogs and 2 cats, some foster fail, parents help a lot but I don’t wanna burden them).
I am a psych student with 3 classes, two are online and usually self pace. 1 is online-in person mix.
How is Flex RT like? I have never worked that shift. I heard people need to do 6 hours and 5 days. And they usually avoid P&S part, oh that sounds like the best part.
Does flex RT have PTO? If so I can endure the 5 days and save PTO for needed time off.
Thank you
MAIN QUESTION: I don’t have a long history of work anywhere besides Amazon, mostly at FC. Sounds dumb but, can I leave DS before pick and stage every day? Or they’ll question me? For at least 2 weeks of no pick and stage, use my PTO (1-2 hours), disappear. Then 2 weeks of pick stage? My friend said she got in trouble or whatever. Then again she does goof around at times.
I have three psych classes, two online, one hybrid Wednesdays (50 home/50 at college) in early noon.
FC is 6:30 PM to 5 AM. Years of work here.
I did picking and I was so bored, felt like a zombie disassociating. I did ship dock, less strict rate but too much going on, water spider piss me off.
DS, I left day 2 😭. I couldn’t lift to the 7-9 row, and I injured my wrist at end of day 2 training. I didn’t hold and maneuver the OV packages properly, on me. I’m planning to go back soon, more prepared with weeks of lifting/endurance exercises.
Pick and stage is tiring, but the concept is so simple. I was wondering if I can leave an hour or two early lol. Good thing: Everything being in one place, smaller break rooms, closer water access, and DS is closer to my home by some minutes.
FC was too big and loud. They didn’t even allow podcast listening. Literal zombie there.
Yes this sounds ridiculous but it’s a simple solution, really. My only issue is pick and stage + height.
I made a post last time regarding the lifting overhead struggle. So far I can only lift 30lbs-35lbs over head. I can lift 50+ lbs up to neck. Not much more without wobbling arms.
Can I use a small stool?
Is that even an accommodation option.
Or is there any policy against that? Just asking before I talk with the on site manager/HR. I usually keep to myself and reserved, so it’s really hard for me to stay and rely on others almost constantly. I can do everything else fine, quality wise too.
