Got the k-ultra with timemore fish pro x kettle and hario v60 neo dripper

New to pour overs,help me with some beans to try

So far i brewed frozen cherry from caramelly - was able to get the sweet juicy mango with very less bitterness I like exploring new coffees - so suggest some crazy beans 👀
