Multiple ER, egg growth stalling at day 3
Looking for any advice or success stories after a failed egg retrieval with no embryos frozen.
Im 30Y female, partner 29Y, have had three ER: first cycle 50 eggs retrieved, 42 mature, 38 fertilised all ICSI, then only 1 day 5 4BB frozen.
Second ER 46 eggs retrieved, 38 mature, 26 fertilised (50/50 IVF/ICSI), then 1 day 5 3BB frozen.
Third ER 23 eggs retrieved, 21 mature, 19 fertilised (ICSI), and 0 embryos to freeze.
PCOS, stage 2 endo excised in Feb, sperm DNA fragmentation 22%.
Feeling very devastated with the results and not sure where to go from here or what options we even have to keep trying. Lab seems to be unsure if we have an egg or sperm issue, as most of the eggs are arresting at Day 3.
Any ideas of what could assist, or success stories that might give some hope that this may have some chance of a positive outcome?! I'm feeling very worried that there is no chance here and I should just give up on having my own kids....
