My study routine is a bit random. I usually watch art videos on YouTube, repeat what they say, and turn the videos into text to learn new vocabulary.

I also use ChatGPT to practice speaking French.

I write down verbs to learn conjugation, but I often forget them and keep repeating the same ones.

Recently, I’ve started feeling stuck because I don’t enjoy my routine anymore.

What can I do to make my routine more interesting and effective?

Just like the title

It happened a long time ago but I keep remembering my thoughts after I watched a video about regrets in the bed of death ...

I could feel my body is getting cold and feel so heavy ... My only thoughts are what will gonna happen next , I was scared from God in the same time felt peaceful .. I didn't have any regrets instead .. I wished that I will be no longer exist I didn't want the afterlife experience.... I'm tired of living and scared

After this experience nothing change about me expet I do now feel a little afraid of dying cuz it's painful and fast and I think at least I should try to be happy more ....

It's exams time , and it's my last year in college (I guess) as licence student ....

The thing is :( I don't care about putting efforts at studying for my major ) all I have is my brain but since I got into this major my grades are between 7-12 not because it's hard , just because I don't truly care ... Now I'm confused about continuing Master degree ... People say that I should continue since I came this far , but inside me I want to work or find something else to study ...

I have an exam at 9:00 and I didn't study for it ... That's how I realized all this

I took a nap today 6h after coming back from outside , now I'm tired I want to sleep but can't do that either ... It's suffering, I'm torturing my self

I actually have no idea how to save person with CPR , I just want to educate my self ,,, if you have an idea about the correct way to do it
