Hello everyone! This afternoon I finally received this wonderful watch purchased from the increasingly fantastic FELIX of DDGTOP, in my humble opinion one of the smartest TDs in our community! It is the fourth purchase I have made from Felix and I can say that he excels among all in terms of communication, honesty, availability and punctuality. In this case, label created on August 10th and watch received at home today August 19th. Always perfectly packed.

I have always been very skeptical about two-tone watches because of the color quality of the factory plating but I have to change my mind: the effect of the gold color on the bezel and winding crown is not bad at all. In fact, I started with the idea of having both pieces plated in real gold but I will think better about whether it is worth it or not. Tomorrow I will go to the Rolex boutique to try this watch live in its original version (they have just received them in the store). Only then will I decide if the difference in effect is worth the plating. The watch, as a whole, has a mind-blowing effect on the wrist. It is not tacky, it does not have much gold and therefore it is also very fine to wear even on informal occasions. However, I will avoid wearing it tomorrow, for obvious reasons.

I can say that VSF did a great job here! Be confident and LONG LIVE DDGTOP!!!

6.INDEX ALIGNMENT: Alignment seems to be quite solid to me

7.DIAL PRINTING: it looks good, any issues that i can clearly see on it, seems crisp and centered, I ONLY HAVE a big doubt about the engraved written "rolex" on the rehaut between 6 and 9, looking not aligned at all. That is the reason why i think i'll go for a RL this time;

8. DATE WHEELALIGNMENT: it looks ok to me

9.HAND ALIGNMENT: they look correct

10. BEZEL: it looks to have the correct shape and the numbers on it seem to be correctly and clearly engraved

11. SOLID END LINKS: look fine to me

12. TIMEGRAPHER NUMBERS: according to what i "learned" on the dedicated post on reddit, it seems to me that there are no major problems

13. Any other thoughts or issues? I think i should go for a RL because of the engraving not aligned on rehaut. I am going to give this watch as a gift to a friend of mine who was very impressed by my first rep i bought at the end of april (a VSF OP 41 green dial) and really don't want to give him a watch that i wouldn't take for myself! i'll be really grateful for any further opinion on it. This is my VERY FIRST rep ever. Needless to say, I was nervous, unsure, worried... Felix from DDG TOP has always been thoughtful, helpful, kind, responsive, with prompt response in real time ! I can say that I found a phenomenal TD and also a Chinese friend🤣. Below, a brief report of my experience so far.

We started talking about the watch since the first week of April. On April 15th he submitted the first QC which for me was already working well, but then on his Telegram I saw another one which seemed slightly better to me, so I chose the latter, but some day later I saw another one 🤣🤣🤣, and for me it was simply perfect. The third one really convinced me!!! Felix never complained about anything, He has always been by my side. I finally approved the QC on April 22nd. He creates the label on the 23rd, sent me the tracking number and, to make a long story short, on the 30th of April it was with me, home, safe!!! 7 days to cross half the world. Shipped with DHL/Deutsche Post. The package was carefully packed, the watch was kept and protected by polystyrene (just like the original Rolex) and stored in a practical and resistant hard plastic case. Furthermore Felix got me an ARF Oyster bracelet (F6U), to which he added, at no extra cost, 5 spring bars.

Total costs: watch VSF USD 352; bracelet Oyster ARF USD 80; shipping USD 30; + insurance USD 5%. I can say that, after 4 months of observation and interactions on various rep communities, its prices are exceptionally low.

I'll buy from Felix again with my eyes closed, and I'm actually already excited about the QC of my second piece!!! Highly recommended!
