So from my research, it looks like IMAX screens will be the only ones getting aspect ratio changes. Dune: Part Three uses a variable aspect ratio. Its standard theatrical aspect ratio is 2.20:1, but it expands for specific sequences in IMAX theaters. Which means Dolby and all other screens will be viewed in 2.20:1 aspect ratio for the entire film which sucks. I've provided some visual aid from Tenet about aspect ratios.

While I couldn't get a definitive date, 4DX at AMC Tysons Corner seems to be almost ready. I wasn't able to go in and check because they were finishing the carpet in the entrance. The 2nd Dolby Theater at AMC Tysons Corner has just opened. No showings for tomorrow but Friday. Looks like the screen size is the same. Hellz yeah. Can't wait to peak inside tomorrow, if I can.
