Broke a 12-month lease 11 months early (it's a long story, but I basically didn't even live in the unit, and hadn't even moved in). I surrendered the unit, paid for April and May rent, wrote a check for the relisting fee (another full month's of rent). Move-out inspection was done with the building manager, no issues found, signed the document. The unit was basically in exact same condition it was given to me.

It's been 7 business days I do not see the unit listed on any of the popular rental listing sites, Zillow, Redfin, Apartments.com, etc. I can see another unit they have in the building listed by apartment number, but not my unit. Is this a red flag? Why are they being so slow? I've basically paid a week's worth of rent already for an empty unit after I've surrendered the keys and it hasn't even been listed on the market yet.
