22 seconds breaths in and out
I am wondering how everyone makes sure it’s 22 seconds exact? I time myself and sometimes it’s faster and sometimes it’s slower. I tried counting heartbeats but sometimes they are faster than usual too. I invented some count to keep myself on track but now I am worried that the count distracts me from just using “om” for each location where I am supposed to keep my focus on. Any advice is appreciated
