i heard they were starting to use ai to use your searches to figure out how broke you might be and thus how little you'll do a run for.

I don't know if I can work for doordash if that stupid AI is going to answer the phone every time. it's also extremely aggressive it refuses to give me a human being until I've asked at least a dozen times. it doesn't offer any solutions that are viable it offers me all these solutions that have nothing to do with the thing I called about and it also seems like it really really really wants to cancel runs. I can ask a simple question and it just starts hounding me to cancel the run. when I finally did get a human they told me that they're going to replace all customer support with AI soon which is I suppose the day DoorDash will go out of business. I don't understand why all these platforms want to get rid of their human customer service because it barely works as it is I don't know what the hell's going to happen when they only help you can get his AI because that's no help at all. this AI thing is a scourge on humanity
