KITDDM QUALITY REVIEW AND AFTER SALES SERVICES - France 26 Third kit
Hi everyone,
Received the French national team third kit from KITDDM yesterday. Overall, I’m really satisfied with the jersey quality which seems really close to the original (Colors, fabric, logos, stitching).
But one of the patch doesn’t seem to have been pasted properly (as you can see on the picture) and a « mark » like a light burn mark is present (press mark ??)
I tried to join KITDDM on both phone numbers through WhatsApp. Nothing…. Messages have been delivered but unseen.
I sent a mail at the designated mail address by KITDDM. The mail came back and wasn’t delivered cause the address isn’t reachable (doesn’t exist ???).
I ordered from 2 others sellers in the past so far and both quality and customer services were very good. As there’s a lot of trusted sellers offering high quality jerseys, I would not recommend KITDDM anymore.
KITDDM lose me with poor customer after sales service even if jersey are well made.
