[DE]Threads reminds me of CrossTalk
I downloaded Threads a few months ago, and never used it until recently after I played Double Exposure. I know this sounds stupid (because it is), but honestly, the reason is that I realized Threads was very similar to CrossTalk in the game. I think I’m genuinely obsessed with this series…
Is she into me, or just love king for a friend?
There’s this girl I kinda know. It’s a real friend-of-a-friend-of-a-friend scenario. We’ve never really spoken to or interacted with each other until recently in a creative writing class we have together. One day (no more than a month ago) she just walked in, looked me dead in the eyes, and did the scuba dance for a second, then looked away and pretended she didn’t know what I was talking about when I asked about it. It ended up being a sort of joke between us and we keep doing the scuba every time we can catchy the other’s eye. Anyway, other than that, we’ve also had a few conversations about the class or shared our writing with each other to get their opinion. She often initiates these conversations since I’m pretty bad at talking to people, and this all started kinda randomly and quickly, which led me to think she might have a crush on me. I was talking a group of friends bout this the other day to see what they think, and one of her friends (I’m not sure how close they are, but they are friends) said she is a friendly person, and said she doesn’t think this girl likes me. I feel like I should believe her, but still hold some doubts.
We only have a few more days of classes left that I can talk to her and, potentially, ask her out, so I’m kinda on the clock here. Does she like me? Is there a way I can know for sure? She’s a really cool girl so I don’t want to mess this up, whether she wants to be friends or to go out together. I have a lot of friends who thought they were making a good new guy friend, only for him to ask her out and ruin it, and am terrified of seeming like one of those guys. Please help me, lol.
Sorry if this isn’t a revelation to everyone but I only just realized that Cyberlife could have programmed Connor to flip his quarter around so he acts like old-timey detectives in media. I guess it would also make him more relatable to humans if he acts like a stereotypical detective.
