NYC Employees PPO Wellness/Annual Checkups
Is it once per calendar year now, or still 365+1 like GHI CPB?
I've tried looking through the bare-bone site and the app, but haven't located any information. I'd love to see an authoritative source I can give my PCP. I've had "annual check scheduling creep" under the 365+1 scheme.
