Was due to go to the game this weekend, went through the process correctly, season ticket member in my friends and family transferred the ticket to me (an actual family member/friend not a tout). Then this morning I get this email. No reason communicated just a vague "investigation".

Anyone experienced this before or know what I can do?

I've emailed them back but no response yet
