This is really the only subreddit that really inspires me to be an effective leader. It also makes me really really happy to be a woman.

So far I have been a leader for a group of women, and have been involved in many community events. I love how you can contribute to a great cause, but I feel like it doesn't get the recognition it deserves on reddit. What do you think?

I am young, I'm a teenager and I have a really good group of friends.

I have been going on a few dates in the past couple days with three guys, I am pretty sure all three of them are 18. They all ask me out and I want to get to know them, but I find it hard to find dates since I'm going on them because they are all new to me and I don't have the same interests as them.

I am so tired of being asked out, I want to be friends with them. I don't even want a date, I just want to be friends with them. I don't think they actually respect me as a person, I just don't think they respect me as a person.

I just wish I could be friends with them, but I can't.
