Next steps/care for nepenthes

Recently purchased this tropical pitcher plant (Nepenthes lowii × ventricosa red) and wondering what recommendations would be to help it thrive.

I plan on keeping it in this terrarium jar to maintain humidity since I am in the arid southwest usa.

I don’t like how the pitchers are beginning to hang onto the rocks. Any recommendations for that? Or is that ok?

Any other companion plans that would go well for this? Space is looking a little tight though.

I think I will keep it in the nursery pot for the first year and eventually make a bark mix to move it to if it survives

First terrarium

Plants are

  1. Spike moss (Selaginella SL)
  2. Neanthe Bella palm (Chamaedorea elegans)
  3. and an Unidentified fern sp.

Went to a thrift store and found the jar and a glass tray that we used as a makeshift lid
