Hello.

When applying for OSAP, is it each year?

Program is 18months long condensed.

Sept 8 2026, ends April 2028.

Cost is 54k all in.

Did the estimate, who knows more or less. Is 33500. (6300) grants, rest loan it spit out.

This was for 52 weeks.

Question is do I reapply for the remaining 8 months again?

And when? Would that give me more OSAP to pay for the 8months? Or is the 33500 supposed to be all I get. Thanks, any help

First mortgage and secured line with simplii

Also have a prompt loan for 30k as well.

Market value of my home now would be tight to refinance all of it.

Am I stuck with current lender to renew? I guess I can't switch due to my home value appraisal not coming in?

How do straight mortgage renewals work. I'm getting mixed opinions.

Is an appraisal needed or does new lender take on your mortgage? What's involved? Renew in August.
