best daily fiber supplement, what's worked for you?
I've been trying to figure out what the best daily fiber supplement is for someone who's just not great at eating enough vegetables. My digestion has been off for months and my wellness coach mentioned fiber as a starting point, but the options are a lot..
I've tried a couple of things here and there but nothing has stuck with me. Part of my problem is I forget to take things, and part of it is that some of the powders I've tried have a texture that really puts me off in the morning. I also keep reading many things about psyllium husk, inulin, prebiotic blends and I really have no idea which direction to go.
Has anyone here worked with a coach who helped them actually build fiber intake into their routine in a way that felt sustainable? I'm not even sure if the best daily fiber supplement route is the right move for me or if I should just be focusing on food sources first. Would love to hear what people's experiences have been, especially if you had a similar starting point.
