During renovating our home, my partner’s dad removed an asbestos flue pipe on his own. He wore a mask and gloves, but no other PPE. He removed the pieces afterwards and hoovered.

We then proceeded to continue work in that room, removing an old boiler, and brickwork.

How likely is it we were exposed to fibres and what should we do?
