I know some people have these normally but the exaggeration of them through cosmetic means is just not attractive to me. It's like you can't close your mouth all the way and my brain automatically assumes you're a mouth-breather. People are free to look as they please but why do you want that little hole? Is it part of the childish sexy baby look? Do you have veneers so big you can't close your lips over them?
