Taking over an Adult Beardie - What do I need!!!

I'm taking over an adult dragon from my parents (They had her for at least 6 years, was told she was 10 when first got her but there is doubt). I know they haven't taken the best care for her as they tried but are honestly scared of taking her out and bugs, so she mostly eats lettuce and berries and doesn't have a water dish. (just a little bit of info) (this also might be all over the place, I'm typing as I'm thinking lol)

I'm wanting to know if what I'm planning on getting for her is correct, / also help with what else i might need! (PLEASE talk to me like I know nothing, cause I don't know much, but want to give her the best!)

She has a large tank, and I'm currently planning on giving her substrate (she has reptile carpet) I've seen recommendations for 50% top soil 50% play sand.

I'm planning on getting her a basking bulb, and she currently (supposedly) has a UVB bulb, but I've seen that UVB tubes are better? I'm a little bit confused

I'm also wondering what you guys recommend for enrichment and fun for her. I've got 2 hides I'm planning on getting, do i need more?

lastly How long do you's think she will last (i can take photos of her if wanted), i know her age is vague, i'm just worried that i'll spend all of this only to have her pass in a month (i know this sounds selfish but im a college student and dont got much lol) , or if too much change will be stressfull for her.

they've been trying to find a better home for her for the last year but haven't cause they only want to give to family, so I'm the best option. I want her to be happy and heathy, just a little panicking that I'll fail her.
