Xbox Series X Technical Issue - Requesting Assistance
I have had my Series X for around 3 years now. 2 weeks ago, my console just stopped booting, starts for a few seconds then shuts down.
I have done my research and I know that the issue could lie between the PSU and possible booting issue within the SSD.
Here is the challenge that I am facing, I`m located in Kenya and Xbox don`t have any support that I can genuinely sort of incline towards for assistance.
If there is any official Xbox Technical Individual within this community, is there a way I can be assisted? The reality is that I am not able to have authentic assistance even from technicians I have inquired from.
This stretches to a wider issue where Africa is genuinely sidelined to not just assistance but also components, and that reality is hitting hard right now. I mean it`s 2026 man, and the simple fact that my geographical location limits my access to proper technical assistance genuinely sucks. [Xbox do something about this, not just for me but every Xbox User globally who probably is in my shoes or could be in the future.]
