Was sub rosa suppose to be for a different show?

For some reason I randomly decided to watch one of the worst ST TNG episodes last night and as my wife and I were watching we kept thinking, are you sure about this one Star Trek? The whole story seems like it was meant for charmed or a completely different show. Did this script come from somewhere else and was rewritten for ST?

Anyone else hate Simmotion? I can't believe this was the epic final challenge

I understand this was voted on but the choices were so limited. An obstacle course is vague and what they always do so of course it wasn't going to be chosen.

My problem with simmotion is that it's just so boring to watch. I understand it challenges the players and there is skill but it's the least captivating thing to see on tv. It's impossible to see who is in the lead or how good a player is doing. Once they are out it's quick and just kinda boring. A ball falls out of a machine...

There are so many classic challenges that would have been better. I would have loved to see get a grip where they hang onto a pole. It could be in the ocean to make it more interesting. Or really anything else. Simmotion looks fun to play but it makes for the worst tv. The poll should have included much much more challenges to choose from. Or maybe make a new challenge option.

Best callback moments season 50?

It was not a perfect season by any stretch but there were so many call backs to previous seasons.

One of my favorites was Angelina pulling out that jacket after she got voted out. My wife and I cheered like we were watching someone kicking a winning field goal when this happened. Epic moment, epic call back, Angelina killed it in that scene.

What others can you think of?

Do you recommend a car for rhine valley?

I am planning a trip next year to Netherlands and Germany rhine valley.

The plan is to stay in Amsterdam the first few days and do day trips/museums in the city then rent a car to see a few things in the rest of netherlands. I had planned to then drive to the rhine and see the middle rhine for three or four days as well as burg eltz castle and other towns.

There are a few issues though

  1. Amsterdam airport is insanely expensive. So I thought it might make more sense to fly out of frankfurt. Only issue is dropping the car off there is very expensive.

  2. If I reverse the trip and do frankfurt first I'll have the same issue with the car and I also don't want the headache of a car in Amsterdam.

So my thought was, maybe it makes more sense to return the car and take public transportation to the rhine valley, only issue is we wouldn't be able to see burg eltz then and go far from the main rhine towns.

What do you think is the best option,

Thanks!
